I'm a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and Adaptive Trainer with years of experience training under top Strength and Olympic Lifting coaches. Beyond coaching, I love to compete, taking 1st place at the 2023 and 2024 Asbury Park Summer Games. As well as qualifying for the CrossFit Semifinals in 2025, and the Quarterfinals from 2021-2024. But what defines me most is being a father, husband, and someone who understands the real life demands of balancing fitness with family and work. That's why my coaching goes beyond workouts, I help you integrate training into your life in a sustainable way. I'm here to guide, support, and work alongside you because success isn't just about the gym, it's about building a life you're proud of.

Sondgeroth Fit offers virtual coaching, custom programming, in-person training, coaching calls, accountability and habit support, and app-based workouts with 6 sessions per week.
The Sondgeroth Fit app costs $20 per month and includes 6 workouts per week, Olympic lifting programs, a daily workout builder, movement demos, and scaling options.
